John Kirby, the lawyer who successfully defended Nintendo in the early 1980s, has died aged 79.

Mad respect to this man for winning such a landmark case. Nintendo was so grateful that they named Kirby after him.

RIP, this guy actually played a huge part in Nintendo's history. Hopefully Nintendo gives him the salute on social media.
