I was going to buy a psp value pack, and then It dawned on me that maybe they didnt come with the adaptor to hook up the memstick that comes with it to my pc. I thought there was some sort of adaptor that came with the psp that allowed you to connect it to your pc thru USB.

Well it seems not

Now now. What do I need? The good people at #ga told me that I needed something like this: http://www.officedepot.com/ddSKU.do...oogle-_-Shopping Comp-_-Datafeed-_-Technology

24$! What the hell! Then I went on ebay and found this:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=42322&item=6776904486&rd=1

99 cents! :lol It seems to be the same thing.. Is that thing compatible with most formats? I need answers!

Dude....none of those are even the right connection. It's just a mini-usb. If u have a digital camera, u probably already have one. It's not expensive at all. If you actually made it to the store to buy the value pack, then u probably saw them there. You can buy them in any video games store for less than 10 bucks.

The cable you want to get is a USB 2.0 A to 5-pin mini-B cable. If your computer doesn't have USB 2.0, it doesn't much matter what sort of cable you get as long as it has the 5-pin mini-B connector. However, if you do have USB 2.0 and want to take advantage of the higher speeds, it's a good idea to make sure the cable you buy is certified for both "high" and "full" speed USB 2.0.

I must be one of the only ones to have a digital camera with the wrong USB. I had to shell out $9 Canadian for the cable.

It's well worth it.
