I'm looking for some new metal bands to listen to. What I like may be considered atl metal. But I like heavy music from death metal to sludge. Please send me recommendations. Below is the list of ones I like so if they align I'd prefer close to these references.

You should checkout Therapy?, a band from Northern Ireland. Quite popular in the 90's, at least here in Europe.
The songs Teethgrinder, Opal Mantra, Screamager, Neck Freak and Knives are all superb.

Check out Hypocrisy. The Catch 22 or The Arrival might be what you are looking for.
The album Codex Omega, from Septic Flesh is one of the very best heavy metal albums in recent times.
What I'm recommending is more on the heavier side.

Helmet is another good band in my opinion.
