If Konami releases the Japanese version as a Greatest Hits title here in the States, I will gladly give Akari Uchida my $19.99 for great justice!

It's just a budget rerelease. I wasn't willing to pay the full import price, so this is good news for me.

Very slightly modified - it's barely noticeable. Also, a lot of animations were cleaned up and added, more voice was added during matches, and you can choose between Japanese and English voice. It's generally more polished than the US or Euro releases.

WHY?
What trash, this game's main selling gimmick is not even worth it. The girls are boring and uninspired, often looking quite ugly. Makoto looks like a Caucasian girl with down syndrome, Reiko looks like she is coated with fat and Candy Cane looks like a living anime Character (A cheap cross between Asuka from Evangelion and Ling Xiaoyu from Tekken). She is also the most attractive character in the game. The gameplay is boring and stilted and all the girls play exactly the same. Pass on this turkey.

I'M BUYING THIS OVER HALO 2!!!!
I read some reviews on this game and am totally psyced to play this game! I love hot chicks in fighting games. It has some wild features that would make the DOA hotties blush! I will only have enough money for one game for awhile and I picked this one over Halo 2 ( I have a PS2 and an X-BOX )

They didn't censor any outfits so much as they added a few straps here and there. You wouldn't even notice it if not for the screen caps people posted back then.

It's also got an art gallery and four videos as well, and you can also choose BOTH the face and heel versions of all the characters in exhibition (it has to be unlocked). (this can only be done in the U.S. version via a cheat device, and I wouldn't even recomend getting the game for $10 unless you have one!) There's also one new character playable; the only male in the game- Mistress Spencer's valet, Sebastian.

If you can play import games, wait for the rerelease; the extras are nice and the Japanese voices are even better. If you're a real box art whore, the Japanese version also looks nicer, and the original release has metallic/shiny print all over the box. Looks nice.

Wow it's freakin sad when someone thinks the Rumble Roses chicks are fat. That guy is really really messed up in the head (probably thinks Paris Hilton is hot).
