SEGA has transferred its amusement business to SEGA Toys, which will be renamed to 'SEGA Fave'. SEGA will focus on multi-platform development & simultaneous global release of major titles such as the Sonic the Hedgehog, Persona & Like A Dragon series.

This will be the new SEGA Sammy Holdings company structure from April 2024. The amusement machine business will move from SEGA corp. to SEGA TOYS. Then SEGA TOYS will become a new subsidiary called SEGA FAVE, leaving SEGA corp. with only handling the gaming content!

If memory serves me right it was Sega Toys that produced the Sega Astro City Mini.
