Got me 3 times last night and I don't think I was even able to halve its HP.

Easiest way to more or less guarantee a win solo is to dodge into his attacks (under his arm, towards his back as he is about to strike). Trying to dodge away from him usually ends in getting stun-locked, or so low on health that poison will finish you off. Dodging to the side is doable, but you have to do it twice to avoid all his attacks, and that usually takes you too far away from him to punish him, and what's worse it is easy to accidentally get caught up on the pillars this way If you can parry his first few attacks until he has about half health (the frames for the parry are when his arm is just over his head), the rest of the fight will be simple and the only thing you will need to worry about is his 1-hit KO grab.

Just practice dodging into him and hitting him 3 or 4 times, wash rinse repeat. It seems super dangerous, but is actually relatively safe, and gives you enough time to either combo him or drop a potion/antidote if needed.

I mean I loved the ride, but I feel like it's just over too soon compared to previous souls games for some reason. Is it Souls fatigue or does BB truly lack something at the end? Maybe I miss Magic?

Since I've been doing this I have been cooping for 3 days straight with zero issues. Longest I've waited is 2 minutes.

The best opportunity to damage him is when he does the slow single swipe with his right hand (where he doesn't leap forward). Dodge into it, and immediatly charge R2 attack. This will stun him, allowing you to follow up with R1 backstab. That combo will take a chunk out of him. Pungent Blood Cocktail can be thrown to distract him. They are expensive to buy so I recommend only using them in the final phase @ 30% health. The poisin is annoying but I actually found that it is better to ignore the poisin and just use vials as necessary. Antidotes are expensive and using actually distracts you from doing damage.

Eb picking up where she left off last night fucking me hard.

I need some bolt paper...or something, lol. I find it near impossible to dodge the charges...I obviously dodge the initial rush, but some random tentacle will knock me down taking 1/2 of my health, kinda lame.

Plant yourself in her v shaped tentacle in the back. You can also plant yourself on her side by just standing next to the outside of the v shaped tentacle on her ass. She'll just twirl you around endlessly.

The only times you will take damage is when she flies up, just run back into that cubby and swing away. Also I'm fairly certain fire paper is better for her.

boss is pretty simple to take out if you take care of the adds and have a Ludwig's Holy Blade or other big weapon. From 2nd story, jump attack and bring sword down on it hard, usually results in it being parried.

I can't believe how easy VA is once you get really agressive and keep really close to her. I beat her with the treaded cane in ~90 seconds tops with ~15 vials to spare. On my previous attempts, I was playing really cautiously and shit, rolling around like a maniac to put her at a distance.
