Closest is the Rezzurection Map Pack in Black Ops 1, which came with all four WAW maps + Moon with the zombies soundtrack.

Is this standalone? It says you play it within BlOps3, but you can also buy a dedicated disc. I don't own BlOps3 on PS4, but a collection like this certainly piques my interest...

But if we're reading the leaks correctly, then this will be packaged along the main game physically as a "GOTY"-type of rerelease.

No. That's another area in the story you visit in Black Ops III's final map.
