Ah, that's too bad. I'm probably still going to pick it up, since I was able to preorder it on Amazon for $15, but stinks to hear it isn't all that great.

I hope WW is good, the trailers seem really mixed in tone, some make it seem a fish out of water comedy and others a gritty war movie, plus the theme music they’ve had since bat vs. supes seems weirdly out of place now on all the trailers now.

I actually only managed to catch guardians 2 over the weekend, just about didn’t reach the heights of the first one but I enjoyed it a lot. Some good character moments and I actually think ego was a pretty cool character to include. As not a massive fan of cosmic marvel a lot of easter eggs/cameos were wasted on me until I looked them up later but the Stan cameo was pretty fun, also was a good way to confirm the fan theories about why he shows up in all the movies.

Batman #23 was awesome. Definitely one of King's best issues. The Batman Swamp Thing partnership was a refreshing team-up and Alfred's obsessive tidying up after him was hilarious.

Oh bummer in ordering Elegy. All of Rucka's Batwoman run is being released in one trade in a few weeks, it's Elegy and then a never collected before story with Jock on art.

Dang, oh well.

If I like it I'm planning on buying the other trades, which I assume aren't being collected since they're not Rucka's.
