Thanks for this warning man. I've been avoiding video reviews to try not to get spoiled. I really want to watch the digital foundry video but they always show something later in the game I'd rather discover myself.

Sounds like ACG was a little disappointed with for being a stark contrast to what he considers a FF game to be. I, too, wish it was a bit more traditional, but it still looks like a good game. My copy seems to be shipping very late from Amazon for some reason.

People care about Metacritic. And on Metacritic it’s an 88. On Opencritic I can make a game review website right now and write a FFXVI review and it’ll have the same weight as other websites.

Well I am not steel book fan. Actually I don't know why I bought most likely because I was hyped I consider steelbooks useless since my final fantasy XII steelbook started getting rusty for no reason.

You createa New Zealand PSN account, buy New Zealand PSN cards for purchases and download it. Basically in the amount of time it would take now, you could just want another 9 hours without the headache.

Just guessing but make a New Zealand account, buy it there, download it then switch to your main account? I dunno if that works but that's how I play my Asian copies of games and play them on my US account. Just make sure to buy/download any DLC on the account/region it was on to access it on your main account.
