Pragmata..... Reach for the Moon.

The demo was "ok". I'm just hoping there are more to combat mechanics because demo just felt way too basic for me.

Standard game design practice for Capcom to complicate the combat scenarios and mechanics as the game progresses. The only scenario this would be an issue is if this game is too short. Which, admittedly, could be a shame - but at the same time expected given the turbulent development cycle. Hopefully they didn't have to throw too much away when delays became necessary.

If this game is longer than 10 hours i'd be VERY surprised.
But i'd prefer a ~10 hours journey than a 15/20hr one with copypasted levels.

Only 33 GB....

A lesson in optimization... Unlike Activision and Ubisoft, who complain and don't know why their games aren't selling.

I personally prefer 10-20hr games, I don't have time for 100 hr JRPG's, apart from the occasional MonHun or Elden Ring adventure, I love it when games don't overstay their welcome. RE Requiem was perfect imo.

I feel you. I don't mind open world games with lots of stuff to do (Crimson Desert for example), but I don't need those kind of hours for every game. Less is more in this case.

Hope its not too short..

For some reason im not expecting it to be that great of a game. I think the hacking gimmick will get really old really quick.

Also Saros comes abit later and i definetely will play that day1 on ps5 pro.

I did beat the Pragmata demo 3 times..it was extremely short. We will see i guess.

I hope im wrong and its great and it has replay value.

Shit i just hit 50h on ny third re9 run,i unlocked SOOO much extra content and finally finished the final puzzle earlier.

It's just a demo, bro. Why don't you guys play the demo and think "this is a demo, not the full game" and already go full "omg, this is so basic." Why the hell a demo would have all the features?

My kids like to watch me play games every once in a while. Don't do it much bc I'd rather them do, uh, anything else including playing their own games.

But they think Diana is awesome so I guess I'm playing this. Call it local streaming lol. 4 kids in chat.

Why do you weirdos get triggered over a demo reaction? I already mentioned I'm "hoping there will be more features" after playing the demo, since the demo felt like vanilla as fuck that didn't really excite me.

Save your outrage in a week when I decide to trash the game. if it turns out to be mid.

From its mysterious lunar setting to the unique blend of puzzle and action combat on offer, here's everything to know about Pragmata.

Capcom's newest IP—PRAGMATA. An all-new Science Fiction action adventure with its own unique hacking twist! It is the near future, and protagonists Hugh and his android companion Diana, must work together as they make their way through the cold lunar research station.

6 to 7 hours for a single playthrough would be perfect imo. Add to that some unlockables such as a higher difficulty or a seperate mode and I'm sorted.

Not going to buy it on day 1, but maybe someday. Hopefully after the release of this game, we'll hear way more news about Onimusha and whether it's coming this year or not - way more excited to play it, even though I wasn't all that impressed with what they showed so far combat-wise.

Thank you for letting us know.

I keep getting closer to pull the trigger on this, the demo was great, all my skepticism comes from the full game but you can only know when it comes out.

I dont often buy day 1 anymore. Only sure things like Saros, but something is pulling me towards this one

I think it's best to pick the game from day one, because with the way the world Regarding the Iran war... is these days... It was really hard to get the Resident Evil Requiem one... And even more so because of that "controversy" kind of thing, like the Rule of Rose.

I have my Japanese edition multilanguage

I'm really hoping Diana is more like Clementine as far as kid characters go and isn't annoying as hell. She seems like a pretty fun character so far.

Capcom games are 80 now no? So why is this 60 is my question
Probably an incentive for people to purchase a new IP in the year 2026.

People are more dubious about dropping a bag on a new game than paying the same for a familiar sequel game. I know you knew that but still. 😘😘

I was gonna cancel my pre order since I got burned by RE9 and Fatal Frame II remake but I can't do it after I've been shilling for new Capcom IPs. I also bought ExoPrimal.

Likely a combination of it being a new IP using some mechanics that aren't typical in the genre (risky) and a lower budget than their flagship titles but not quite as niche/low budget as Kunitsu-Gami was.

Capcom likely has seen and considered the performance of other games, not just their own, at the $70 range and think pricing Pragmata in that range would net them less sales/money.

Pragmata is AA so I thing Cap would be okay with 1-2 million sales.
