It likely will not come out in court, the defense would need to do some magic to even not get it tossed out. To somehow link these past stupid kid remarks and such being dragged out on the net and link it to the shooting? Doubtful. Media is just trying to portray the kid in a bad light as if that somehow justifies the other side.

Being a juror once - I can tell you that whether it gets thrown out or not - it'll make an impression on the people who will matter most in this case. Its 100% character assassination - they're trying to prove he has a past history with aggressive and wreckless behavior - if his twitter posts were more outlandish and violent, I'd say they would be kept in court. But as it stands now, I agree with you.

All I'm saying is that the impression of what could have gone down that night are much different when viewed from the perspective of the victim being a 17-year old experimenting with drugs and the picture of a 14 year-old kid in ski goggles picking up Skittles and tea. The latter is much more likely to stoke racial tensions and is what is being played up.

I think Zimmerman is guilty of something and should spend time in jail - hopefully this goes to court.

Pat Dollard posted an article 5 hours ago that says that Trayvon Martin was a "drug dealing gangbanger." Almost all of the images come from that page.

Twitter says the accounts don't exist, so they have probably been deleted in response to the exposure of less than flattering details, which in turn verifies that they are legit.

Still, it's disgusting to see people work so hard at vilifying a victim because of their own prejudices. He may have smoked weed, had tattoos, and was in trouble at school...but that doesn't mean his death wasn't senseless.

The weed and bag of skittles gave him superhuman strength so that he could effortlessly beat a man literally twice his size to the point that zimmerman had no other alternative but to shoot. Zimmerman is an innocent man and Trayvon was simply a hoodlum looking for trouble. Plus his friends have superhuman x-ray vision and were able to see what happened with their keen spider sense.

In trial court case yea the defense might attempt character assassination. This type of stuff though does not happen at least for the grand jury who does not have a defense attorney present who is trying to convince you otherwise.

Yup it'll just be a tactic by Zimmerman's defense team. You can almost guarantee it at this point with the new information coming out.

Most adults of the world, are fully aware of what they are doing when they were 17. And it has no bearing on him being murdered for walking.
