Absolutely not. If you want to "whipe" some russians go play any other games.
There is no need for a game to focus on the current Ukraine/Russian war. Nobody would be stupid enough to go there. Maybe in 20-30 years if we don't end up wiping humanity out or setting us back hundreds of years with a nuclear war.

Twice the size of Verdansk is all well and good but they'd have to populate it with at least 300 players as well, which would be quite a feat to have that amount of players while also maintaining an acceptable tickrate (fyI: CoD's tickrate is already as low as they can get away with lol).
Also I'd be surprised if the next game would even feature real life nations fighting each other and instead goes for a more ambiguous approach.

They can't go past wars after crashing and burning with BFV, they can't do "current" or whatever is called the timeline of BF3-BF4, idk if they can't, I'm sure they'll screw up if they do, so rather don't think about it, future is the only thing left till reaching BF2142 timeline
