Pan European Game Information has rated a Switch version of Borderlands 3.

I can get a pretty decent 1080p60 on an ancient 1060 with mostly high and a couple of medium settings, seems good to me.

Probably similar to the Outer Worlds… as in, just because you can get it to run on Switch, doesn’t mean you should.
