I have two weeks vacation left from last year and i want to use them in march. Anyway I was planing to go to Amsterdam by train from Macedonia. I was planing to visit some countries while traveling so i think the train is good choice.
Has anybody used euro train pass? How was it? Is there any other way cheaper to cross central and east Europe? Thanks

You should be aware that you can't board every train with that pass.
Usually you are going to get access to the slow trains or the night trains.

My recommendation is to take the slow night trains and sleep in them if you can.
So you can kill two bird with one stone.

Not the best experience for sleeping and at risk at missing your stops but you can visit a ton of stuff that way. In only 2 weeks i don't know how long you can stay in each country. Usually you should be able to visit a bunch of Capitals as they have the best train traffic.
