Recently there was one that made me laugh my ass off.

The Arizona Congressman that wanted to pass the law that would let guns be allowed in bars.

The guy drawing parallels between golf and the government is awesome.

Also a really old one when I think craig was hosting.

It was about some redneck guy that does his own dentistry. He would pull out all his teeth and replace them with rocks he'd find in his driveway.

Um, Probably a toss up between Stephen Colbert's dodgeball investigation or Rob Corddry's Mach 11 trail.

Though I haven't seen the daily show in months.

It wasn't really a "sketch", but Governor Bush vs. President Bush was absolutely inspired work. Hilarious, too.

I liked Colbert's DNC wrap-up. " Black guy, do you have anything against gay marriage? ...No. Ok, kiss the gay guy." LOL! I guess you had to see it, but I thought it was the funniest segment they've had all year. PEACE.

Ahh yess, the Zwanzig. :)

As for the overall question, I don't know. I like a lot of the stuff, it's just a matter of there being so much Daily Show that most of it inevitably doesn't come to mind. One oldie that does come to mind (since Mo Rocca talked at my college last year and this was one clip he played) was Mo Rocca studying terrorist/other bad things at a college. How classes like "Hitler in World War II" teaches people to be Nazis and "Horticulture" teaches you how to be a whore. Also a mysterious organization associated with the school called the "Al Umni".

Samantha Bee's expose on the lack of asian men in porn was screamingly funny. Especially when she got Sulu to say "Hot Wet Bitches".

Also the lobby lobby and the anti-lobby lobby segment.

"Aren't you just an anti-lobbyist lobbyist? Aren't you just a lobbyist for Big Citizen?"

I so wanted to make an animated GIF of the crucified cockroach Franken-Jew thing from that bit, but I couldn't find a good way to rip it from WMV format.

There was this one a long time ago - where this guy that hated Garfield for ridiculing polka music was beating up on a Garfield toy because Rocca incited him with it...it was beyond absurd - I almost injured my ab muscles laughing so hard.

Also, when they teased that guy about his old sitcom where his mother was a car...LOL

Dan

No longer boycotting the Wolfenstein franchise
"Pet Sedentary" with Stephen Colbert, where he investigates freeze dried pets. Those flashbacks to Colbert beating his cat to death are just hilarious, and he asks some really classic questions.

One of my favorites was the pseudo-trash talk bit (think it was Rocca) when WWE went public on the stock market.

Hahah, the Prince Charles rumour one was awesome.

As for ongoing skits, Even Stephens was always great, even if it was just one joke over and over again.

What about the one with the lady who left her Marshmellows behind at a camp site and was fined. The best part is when the guy interviewing her goes, "You scumbag..." I was cracking up so hard.

THe one were they are at the embedded reporters training camp for the war in iraq and they completely overdramatize it like they are actually in battle. "you could snap my nuts off like a grahmcracker. John"
