Hard drive mounting question

This is my case. The bottom tray (the one with the large holes in the side). That's the hard drive mounting case. I unscrew that, mount the hard drive on the left side of it (the one without the large holes), and put the tray back in.

Correct?

Hey, I have a question. This guy mounted his hard drive in the drive above the hd drive cage. At first I thought it was the floppy, but its not. Will this cause him problems? Or does it just defeat the purpouse of having the HD fans? He was a guy I was listening to advice about building.

In my case (the above is not mine), I have my HD in the cage below, right in front of the fans (which you can't see in that pic). That's better, eh?
