Well, I don't know if this was a series or just a one-shot special, but I remember in the early 90s ABC ran some episode (s) of a show that featured a team=up of like Alf, Ninja Turtles, Smurf and some other characters in one show, trying to stop kids from whatever.

I don't really remember the show/special that well so any details anyone could remember would be helpful.

Didn't it play over every Saturday morning cartoons on all networks? I seem to remember flipping through channels and only seeing that.

I thought I remembered watching it in the evening, but you could be right, too.

I remember thinking how incredible it was that all the characters from so many different universes were in ONE single show. My mind was blown.

Sadly, it didn't stop me from using drugs.
