Even the music on the PlayStation 5 Home Screen for this game is GOLD. Agreed with you. I bought it again on PC and on my new OLED monitor it’s blowing me away again.This current console gen? Most definitely Returnal. I was blown away from the first minute I set foot on Atropos. I don't know how Housemarque achieved it, but everything that game had to offer resonated with me: sound design, music, world-building, combat, bosses, controls, lore, story, characters, dualsense implementation, etc. It was as if someone reached into my brain and crafted the perfect gaming experience. I was utterly obsessed with this game for quite a while after finishing it and even now I occasionally listen to the superb soundtrack done by Bobby Krlic.
