V vatstep This poster pulses with an appeal so broad the typical restraints of our societies fall by the wayside. Jul 25, 2005 #3 I think all PlayStation A/V cables work with all hardware, including PS1 and PS2, and hopefully PS3.

S SKOPE Member Jul 25, 2005 #6 No original PlayStation (including PSOne) will work with the component video cable or optical audio cable. Everything else is universal. Unless you have a really old PlayStation--the one with standard AV outputs. Those cables won't work with a PS2. http://www.us.playstation.com/CompatibilityChart.aspx
