Is there anywhere online to get a Switch OLED at MSRP?

So, it seems that the restock of the Switch OLED was short lived. It is either sold out or ramped up in price everywhere, but is it still possible to get a Switch OLED at MSRP? I mean, anywhere? I could REALLY use one in my current situation where I’m staying at my sister’s house with nothing of merit to do. I guess if there isn’t then I’ll just save my money and try to get one from Walmart.com for $394 or whatever it is.

Is the red/blue one the only version on Walmart that’s at MSRP or do you also have a link to the white version? Sorry to ask.

Only red and blue currently. I see white ones pretty regularly in the store.

Personal experience but I wouldn't get white. No matter how clean your hands are it'll look dirty really quick.

Hmm. Well, I really liked the look of the white, but I see your point. I’ll look at Walmart and GameStop in the morning for one (the red and blue hopefully). If I can’t find one I’m hoping it’s still in stock online. Thanks for linking me, bro. You made my day!

I’m thinking I’d rather have the white Switch OLED. I had an OG Switch years ago with the red and blue Joy-Cons and I don’t really want the same color scheme. Mix it up a bit, ya know? I guess it depends on what I can get, though. What games do you guys recommend for Switch? Like what would be good for my first game? I’ve already played some of Super Mario Odyssey and seen my brother and his ex-girlfriend beat it right in front of me, so that’s out. And I have Breath of the Wild digitally from the last time I had a Switch, so I can download that again. I never got very far into it. The three I am debating between are Astral Chain, Metroid Dread, and Cruis’n Blast, but I’m game for any… Game. :messenger_savoring: As long as it’s great!

Fire Emblem Three Houses is very good, as long as you like tactics type games.

Dread is one of the best games of the year for my money. Might depend how much you enjoy Metroidvanias but it was everything I wanted it to be.

As a secondary console to do multiplayer on a second screen it’s great: totally agree with having a full switch as the primary. Not enough value prop for me to migrate my Switch to OLED.

They’re definitely easier to find that series X or ps5, but they sell out at a steady pace. I see them in most of the big stores in Canada

Being a mario fan mainly, i never finished a metroid game but im enjoying dread even if it's a tad frustrating lol second boss nearly gave me athritis and i was using a 8bitdo pro 2 😂

I have still not finished it and i think i played over 8 hours so far ,these speed runners are no joke some Serious skills .

Going forward in 2022 i’m being strict no playing/ buying anything else till I finish my games that are mounting up on Switch and ps5 . its bad i collect more than i start. I think i may have a problem and also the days are flying by no time .

That white oled is nice next To ps5 , go for it.

In Britain they are on Amazon Prime and have been available all through Xmas.

Grabbed an OLED on Amazon right before Christmas. Sold the old one one eBay for $225
I like making a grab bag of random but interesting looking indies and just seeing how it goes.

I wasn’t sure what I wanted between an XSS, Switch OLED, or even a XSX or PS5. But I am happy to say that I finally decided to get the Switch OLED. Amazon just had the white Joy-Con version and I ordered it immediately. Since I’m going to be strictly playing it in handheld mode, it’ll be great, and I need it because I am not at home most of the time and while I’m at my sister’s house I don’t have access to some great TV or even decent internet. So the Switch OLED will be the perfect companion. I am also interested in the game library since it’s so diverse and different than what I’ve played on other consoles. I needed a change. I don’t regret this purchase one bit.

My broke ass couldn’t even afford a game right now, but when I had a Switch Lite, I digitally bought Breath of the Wild and barely played it, so that will suffice for now. Also, I don’t know if I still got it, but I had bought the Bayonetta 1+2 double pack and redeemed the 1st game digitally. Would I still have access to that game as well? That’d be awesome if so.

You will still have access to it, if you have your old Nintendo account email and password to log in to the eshop

EDIT: Does anyone know if Amazon ships to PO Boxes?

EDIT #2: Apparently you can’t get it delivered to a PO Box. Bummer. Hopefully I can get the package held at my local UPS Store or somehow be at my house on Tuesday. I can’t risk someone stealing my Switch OLED. Also, Rody, I still have my old Nintendo account email and password, so I can get both of those games. Score!
