So cuteI love the dancing seals.

So true! One of the best things about the game (though this is also due in part to the ambidextrous Wii remote controller) is that you can play all of the 2 player games by yourself (except the Rhythm Fighter toy, which is a versus game). Bossa Nova endless is really fun.
FTFYI love this game but I couldn't get through the monkey clock. It's so sad that it is kind of an early stage. I know that I'm not good at rhythm games, but I can at least beat the GBA and DS ones. Since the 3DS version is coming, I have to try this again.
I'd like to know, what specifically bothers you about Monkey Clock?Simply amazing game. I love it so much! But I still have trouble with those cursed monkeys and Love Rap. 3:
This guy gets it, but I guess it's each to their own.No better feeling than getting a Perfect on every stage. Amazing game.
I'm surprised the monkey clock is so difficult for some people, I thought that was one of the easier ones.

I'm surprised the monkey clock is so difficult for some people, I thought that was one of the easier ones. The most irritating one for me was the tap dancing, mainly because of the long bit at the end.
I love this game, but I'm so terrible at it. Those clock monkeys mess me up every time. They're adorable though.
That's pretty much similar to my no-sight runs.I found Monkey Watch to be pretty easy. I just rewatched the video and while clapping along, found I could do it by the music and monkey sounds alone.
That's pretty much similar to my no-sight runs.
I'm a musical theatre actor, we kinda follow the same rhythm cues. Were you in high school marching band too? Having the experience of playing the drums is such an advantage in rhythm games.
Sure, Remix 10 got to me the first time, but I beat it in Round 2. Try playing the parts that give you difficulty separately.I love the game, but it's been more than 2 years since I bought it and still haven't beaten the last remix
I can confirm that this video game is pretty alright.
Woah, you go big guy!Wubadubadub, is that true?
Well then, consider me a new member of Rhythm Heaven GAF. And yeah, I plan on ordering a copy of Rhythm Heaven (Gold).Feel free to join us in the Community thread anytime! And do check out the first two games. Tracking down a copy of the GBA one is worth it and not a steep investment, at all, while you should be able to find Gold for the cost of a loaf of bread.
Agreed, & the music is so good in that. The game is so amazing. For me nothing beats See-Saw.
Agreed, & the music is so good in that.
Amen to that. I'd play it right now, but not only am I not that good at it, my roommate is asleep.I get so pumped when they start jump high and crashing super hard onto the seesaw. One of the most perfect mixes of gameplay and music.
Sounds similar to my issues with the Love Rap.That freaking Monkey Clock!
I swear I always hit the offbeat instead of the beat or the other way around.
My friend got it perfectly the first time around.
I still haven't finished it yet...
How far do you count for each fish?
I'll try that then, thanks.I only count on the yellow fish and the big fish
The only time I perfected Tap Troupe was when I didn't have the perfect chance and I also wasn't going for it. It was disheartening.
GOTG
What about in English?I wont patronize people having problems with Love Rap, my favorite minigame
Instead I'll try to help by analyzing the beats so you too can perfect it
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N88roPhTo74 (We'll be using the japanese version, if you're used to English you already know which is which anyway)
Notation used will be lead girl out of parenthesis and player characters inside it
Most of the commands go:
DAisuki (DAisuki) | ONE two (THREE four)
MAji DAiSUki (MAji DAiSUki) | One two three (ONE two three)
SuKI nanda (SU-ki NAnDA) | ONE two (ONE two three)
Honto (fo sho) is different, it goes
HOnto (HOnto) | ONE and two (AND three and four
Basically half beat earlier than the rest, or RIGHT when she finishes
So it's One, Two AND three, four (hit a on the and)
What about in English?
Oh my god this is amazing hahahaNow all we need is an Ace Attorney crossover (spoilers)
Also Remix 4 was my favourite part of Fever. So good
I can't fully appreciate it with the input lag on my TV.Another thing I really love about the DS and Wii Rhythm Heavens is all of the cameos from prior games. As a person who played the GBA one when it was relatively new, I really loved randomly seeing the space dancers playing table tennis, or the star walk guy randomly popping up during the idol game. And the Wii version turns it up even more with stuff like the images during the Cheer Readers.via emulation
And speaking of which, there's been almost no cheer reader love in this thread. They're two of my favorite games.
