Just saw Alex Moukala release a video containing an analysis of the track "Ludwig The Holy Blade" and thought it might be interesting for a few GAFers. He usually does a lot of analysis of/breaks down Final Fantasy music, but also does his own covers of various video game tracks.
Ludwig The Holy Blade is probably my favorite Soulsborne track. It really feels like it belongs in the fight and, for me, it truly made the fight feel really in sync with the music and the overall chaotic nature of the fight.

The music throughout the game is amazing but I agree, that fight in particular has one of the best tunes in the entire Soulsbornekiro franchise.
