Different standards of guilt. NFL ran their own investigation and are the judge/jury/executioner in this case. He doesn't have to break the law at all to violate the policy.

They have been sued. The Court sided with the NFL because it's all in the Agreement that the NFLPA agreed to.

Her injuries were apparently consistent with her story. Are you alleging that she beat herself up (Jim Carrey Liar Liar style)? There is definitely enough evidence to cast some doubt on her complete story, obviously. But how can you unequivocally say "something that didn't happen"?

Plus, the mardi gras tomfoolery absolutely DID happen and on its own, having been caught on tape, probably could have justified some kind of suspension in itself (albeit not six games).

What we CAN state unequivocally is that Zeke is currently a scumbag that needs to get his act together and do a lot of maturing before he can be considered any kind of well adjusted human being.

But after all, the NFL isn't really in the business of well adjusted human beings. Especially not Jerry Jones.

Ray Rice had his increased suspension thrown out by a judge after the nflpa argued they were trying to double dip after under suspending him the first time. I wonder if the fact that three different investigative bodies including the nfl's own investigator saying "no evidence of dv" mixed with the nfl's own comment of "did not use the later incidents in coming to this conclusion" gives the nflpa an actual chance of winning this. Especially when combined with the argument that people who admitted to dv were given less then the "league minimum". Might even be able to play the race card after the handling of Josh Brown last year.

I'm not a legal expert and I imagine espn and other places with sports legal experts will be able to clarify if the nflpa/zeke have a strong case to actually get the suspension thrown out due to some legal loophole.

Im reading more stuff now about how the NFL picked and chose the evidence it was going to use, disregarding a lot of facts that go against their claim but in the even then until proven otherwise this guy needs to be looked at as a POS.
