The prime minister wants to move it to a more rural location, but the National Assembly has supposedly erupted in arguments about it.

Seems rather weird to me, but then again, I am a white dude living in Texas.

Not really. If PNK crosses the line and blows the crap out of Soeul, what makes them think that the short drive to a rural area by tank is going to be much better? That's like moving the US capital to Kansas to be further away from Russia - if they get that far, most of the shit defending you is probably burning on the side of the road somewhere so what's the point.
