Yep...I've known about this movie for a while as one of my co-worker's twin sisters (Keana and Maia Bastidas) are starring as one of the characters in the movie...was truly cringing on the inside when I heard this :'(

the first one was called child geniuses, not super babies.

The first one came out at the height of the CG baby craze.. you had that dancing baby on the internet, Bob the baby in commercials with Shaq and then Bob the TV show (because the commercials werent dumb enough).

no way does this thing even make up for the production cost of the film its being printed on.

I believe the plot for the first movie went something like this (and this is all from vague memory);

Babies contain all the knowledge of the universe within their tiny baby skulls. A diabolical Nanny catches on to the untapped knowledge of the walking poo factories and hatches a plot to extract the information from them. The babies fight back; antics ensue.

Given that, all I can say is; FUCK YEA SEQUEL MoTY 2004!
