US porn sites seeing growing interest in users searching for coronavirus-related content

Websites offering pornographic content in the United States are seeing a growing interest for Covid-19-related porn among its users, according to a report by Vice.

A search for the term "coronavirus" on Pornhub yielded at least 112 videos featuring sexually-explicit content where hazmat suits and face masks are involved. A performer-creator duo for the platform, that goes under the handle Spicy x Rice, told Vice that they have made a Covid-19-related video specifically for viewers at Wuhan in Hubei, China which has been identified as the epicentre of the outbreak.

"We personally know people actually stuck in Wuhan and made it with them in mind," one half of the duo, identified as Spicy, said to Vice.

Spicy believes that people would be interested in Covid-19 porn in the same way that viewers who claimed to be afraid of their own shadows have an affinity for horror movies.

"We are all searching for things that make us come alive. Covid-19 is something that brings fear and mystery to pretty much everyone in the world right now. You need to be able to feel something, and what better way to make you feel something than the global crisis we are all in right now."

Another couple told Vice that they have also produced a PSA-style video with information on how to put on a face mask correctly, just to raise awareness about Covid-19 to users on the platform.

A spokesperson for xHamster, a separate platform, also told Vice that there is an overwhelming surge in signups from users in regions severely affected by Covid-19. Last month, the website offered free premium accounts to users in those areas. It added that the demand was so overwhelming that the website had difficulties approving new signups in time.

Vice reported that some videos turned up by the coronavirus search term also feature individuals claiming to be under quarantine who appeared to be using the opportunity to earn money from the platforms. It also stated that most videos are just capitalising on the outbreak as they have the words "Covid-19" in their titles but do not actually appear to show any related content.

GABORN STRIKES AGAIN
Isn't that dude dead?

Funny, because I would totally expect that you would be one of the first who did this sort of thing. And then obviously make thread about it in here : D
Wonder how long he keeps his thread posting privileges this time..

Fucking Yanks, why can't you just be like the brits and watch Crumpet Porn instead you fucking inbreds.
Or like the germans, and watch old fat ugly women.
I will really never understand german porn. There are so many pretty women here, and yet all the ones we see in porn are from the welfare line in a local elderly people home.

I posted about this in the Clown thread. Apparently one of the titles of a video was “TSA agent detains woman suspected of having coronavirus”. I don't understand the logic here: an agent suspects a woman of having the virus and then decides to have sex with her? Surely that's a health and safety issue. Why would he risk infecting himself?

It's porn, as long they have sex it doesn't need to make sense.

I feel you. I also wonder about this swell of real estate agents who risk their jobs by having sex with tenants and landlords while being filmed. The sheer amount of step-mothers who seem to have sex with their step-sons seems also getting out of hand. And after following advice from documentaries on Easter European cities, I tried to wave a bunch of Euro banknotes in front of random women who happen to have boyfriends, but none seemed to comply to my wishes. It's almost as if these videos are pure fantasy and not depicting realistic interactions between humans. :pie_thinking:

So you are saying that if I have sex with my stepsister she will be cured of the coronavirus??? Does the WHO know this? My stepmom (who is adopted) is a nurse, better have sex with her as well just in case!

Although now that I'm thinking about it (god forbid) a 2 week quarantine in a small cruise ship cabin while waiting to die of a horrible infectious disease is probably the most likely scenario when step families fuck :p
