I love Classic Game Room and Classic Game Room Undertow.
Unfortunately both shut down :messenger_pensive:
Lord Karnage Forever

I got to say, as much as I loved cgr, undertow was a mistake. Always uninformed videos prioritizing bad jokes over the games they were reviewing.

I can't say I really follow anyone. I've been enjoying griffin gaming a bit recently because of his console fanboy meltdown videos, I'm not subbed to the guy but they keep getting recommended to me. If you want a laugh, go check it. Nothing more fun than watching fanboys go at each other's throats with dumbass arguments.

I dont watch streamers at all, and gaming videos are usually just official channels as I dislike to watch some badly over acting derps.

Avgn is only I watch and he sold his soul so that sucks too

Don't watch streamers.

For video game content on YouTube, I watch Houndish for Destiny 2 news updates and Aztecross for character builds and gun reviews.

The only person I watch currently is DGR Dave (playing Super Mario Maker 2 most of the time). Never seen more positive person online, very family friendly too.

I don't really have any.

Just type in some of my favorite games, and watch whoever plays them - and even that is extremely rare.

Dont watch twitch

Good to see another person like TheGamer2323

Dude is hilarious.

I don't watch Twitch enough to have anything close to a favorite, but some of my favorites on Youtube:

AngryJoe - for the reviews and skits
Mega64 - for their skits
CircleToonsHD - short and unique take on cartoons often based on games
Crowbcat - for his supercut type of videos, hasn't done anything recently
Iron Pineapple - for some Soulsborne content, and funny videos
The Keef Crew - for the skits (the style of him playing all the characters)
Bacon_ - for the random short clips of TES games

Yeah man he seems pretty cool and he’s jokes. Been watching him since the PS3/360 days
Get whatever you may need!!..... and I hope you enjoy the video

Easy Allies for YouTube I guess though I don’t really tune in anymore. Bosman leaving and the pandemic changing the format kinda ruined them for me. Bummer.

Twitch I used to watch a lot when I was into Hearthstone during its heyday (2013-2015). Reynad, Thijs, Trump, Forsen, Kripp, RDU, Kolento, Firebat, Strifecro, etc. I don’t really watch Twitch at all anymore except for to catch a Grubby WC3 stream on occasion.

I love watching shroud play any type of shooter. Dude is chill. No stupid gimmicks and doesn’t yell like some of these other streamers.
I also like watching fextralife (I think that’s the channel name) speederun souls games on twitch.

Shroud is the Canadian Mr bean, his voice is coma inducing

I forgot to mention Survival Horror Network. They play all of the scary games that I’ll never get around to playing but still want to watch.

Damn look at all the boomers in here.

Lirik is the best because he plays tons of different games and is super chill. Same goes for Summit1g.

I watch Timthetatman because he is bad at games, fat and extremely funny.

Dr disrespect because he has the best production value and plays his character to the T.

I don't watch Twitch at all and I don't watch people play games on youtube either. As far as video game related content, I watch Digital Foundry, Gamer's Nexus, and Linus Tech Tips, all of which are more tech channels than "game" channels, but they focus on how technology affects gaming, so I think they count.

Only channel consistently through the years.

SaltyBet Casino

Mash up of fighters through the ages. A.I controlled characters fight in tournaments and exhibition matches.

You can bet money(not real) on the fights.

Killer music tracks (assortment of jazz, techno, rock, funk, remixes etc)

Just a chill stream you can have on in the background. DBZ characters always bring the hype.
If you are a fan of mugen sprite based fighters, nostalgia will hit you hard.

CANON!

If you love Sperehunter check out Gab Smolders. She’s great, and I believe they have collaborated in the past.

I never watch Twitch but the 3 Youtubers I follow stream on Twitch as well. I prefer the curated/edited content without all the side chatter and thanking subscribers and things like that.

1) Ryukar - I don't have a Switch/WiiU so I absolutely love watching Ryu play Mario Maker 1&2, I see a Mario Maker video I click it.

KevinGohd - The dude only plays MLB: The Show but I'm a huge baseball fan & Kevin is always ranting and cursing. His videos are highly entertaining.

T90Official- He's a caster of Age of Empires 2. He created the Hidden Cup tournament and he casts the matches of the best AOE2 players as well as Low Elo Legends.

Riot games for their league of legends tournaments, then dota 2 tournaments. Afterwards it’s various speed runners who do classic ps2 games speed runs. No commentary movie game Walkthroughs, Then various streamers for age of empires, command and conquer:zero hour pro matches.

Top Twitch streamer is PaymoneyWubby, though he's not always game related. One that's constantly game related that I watch regularly is LIRIK.

Top video game related channel on YouTube is probably a toss up between LaymenGaming and YongYea.

Favorite YouTuber and favorite Twitch streamer are the same person : TheLorerunner

https://m.twitch.tv/thelorerunner/profile

A mature guy in his 40s that knows his stuff and treats his videos/streams very professionally, while still allowing for fun. On his YouTube channel he does long form analysis with his ruminations. On Twitch, a long-form style of review based on positives/negatives in gameplay/story to conclude with a net gameplay score and a net story score.

Doesn't get into politics, doesn’t scream and shout for attention, and has fostered a tight knit community. He is far and above the majority of streamers.

As for the extra questions: I have been watching TheLorerunner for around 8 years now, and been supporting him on Patreon for more than six years. Overall I have definitely donated more than $500 to him in that time frame.

Sean Seanson´s goal to review every rare PSX game ever released in no particular order. Well edited, funny and definitely worth a watch. He needs more subs, views.

I never use Twitch.
On Youtube tho I'm subscribed to:
Civvie11: plays and reviews boomer games.
Gmanlives: plays and reviews a fuckton of action games, mostly FPSs.
ACG: my fav reviewer for current games. Very professional reviews.
Ssethtzeentach: really funny reviews of obscure games. I have discovered more than one gem thanks to him.
Mandalore: more reviews, mostly strategy games.

Vinesauce vinny, lgr, accursed farms, civvie11, gaming historian, oneyplays, and ssethtzeentach.
Pretty based
