That song from Kill Bill Vol.2 that Budd is listening to in his caravan before
he shoots the bride with rock salt from his shotgun.

"How many times have.. you heard someone say,
If I had his money, I'd do things my way.."

That's funny, I actually had that song engrained in my head for a few days when that movie came out.

Yeah it's catchy isn't it?

Yeah I have this as well as that spanish sounding one that plays whilst showing the characters and who plays them at the end, such a great song for doing that with as well.

The Dismemberment Plan - Memory Machine

It's been that the past 3 or so days. Before that it was Yawn Yawn Yawn by Les Savy Fav.

SWEDISH PERFECTION
Teddybears Sthlm feat. Swingfly - "Hey Boy"

A Swedish group with a funky, groovy sound, and 8-bitish samples blip-blopping in the background. It's addictive. :p

All I got for the Vernal Equinox was this stupid tag
"Kimi Ni Bump" by Ketsumeishi.

Does anyone happen to know where the best place to download Japanese music videos is? I want the video for this song....it's a parody of Saturday Night Fever. :)

Thanks SSX, although I think the torrent is just about dead. It's going incredibly slow. :\

EDIT: It's dead.

Another Postcard (chimps) - Barenaked Ladies :p

"Another Postcard"

You can't imagine so many monkeys in the daily mail
All of them coming anonymously so they leave no trail
I never thought I'd have an admirer from overseas
But someone is sending me stationary filled with chimpanzees.

Some chimps in swimsuits, some chimps are swinging from a vine
Some chimps in jackboots, some chimps that wish they could be mine.
Starsky and Hutch chimps, a chimp who's sitting on the can
A pair of Dutch chimps who send their love from Amsterdam.

[CHORUS (x2):]
Another postcard with chimpanzees
And every one is addressed to me.

If I had to guess, I'd say the monkey-sender thinks it's great
He's sending me, maybe she's sending me just to see me get irate
I'm losing sleep - and it's gonna be keeping me up all night
I thought it was funny, but now I've got money on a monkey fight.

Some chimps in hard hats, chimps a-working on a chain gang
Some chimps who love cats, burning rubber in a Mustang
A birthday-wishing chimp, a chimp in black like a goth
A goin' fishin' chimp, a British chimp in the bath.

[CHORUS (x2)]

Somehow they followed me even though I packed and moved my home
No matter what, they come and they come they won't leave me alone
Another monkey in the mail could make me lose my mind
But look at me shuffling through the stack until I finally find

Some chimps in swimsuits
Some chimps in Jackboots
Some chimps in hard hats
Some chimps who love cats
I've got some shaved chimps; that's chimps devoid of any hair
I've got depraved chimps dressed up in women's underwear.

Another postcard with chimpanzees
And every one is addressed to me.
Every one is, every one is, every one is addressed to me.
Every one is, every one is, every one is addressed to me.

[CHORUS (x4)]

Some chimps in swimsuits, Some chimps in Jackboots
Some chimps in hard hats, Some chimps who love cats
I've got some shaved chimps; that's chimps devoid of any hair
I've got depraved chimps dressed up in women's underwear.
Starsky and Hutch chimps, a chimp who's sitting on the can
A pair of Dutch chimps who send their love from Amsterdam.
Some chimps in Mustangs, Some chimps in chain gangs
I got a birthday wishin' chimp and I got the goin' fishin' chimp

Well I did have that song similar to "It's the end of the world as we know it" but now its that stupid "Banana Song", thanks alot.

"Fixing a Hole" by The Beatles. Although the reason I have it stuck in my head is quite the opposite of the song. I've been digging a trench behind my house with my dad and friend all of yesterday and for about an hour and a half today. My backyard slopes down so we're putting in a weeping tile in the trench so when it rains, the house doesn't flood anymore (although flood is an exaggeration). I remember the last time I had a Beatles song stuck in my head ("Lovely Rita") it didn't go away for days.

I just included Eiffel 69's song "I'm blue (abu di abu dabi)" in the Most Annoying Songs thread, and it has thus become stuck in my head. And I want to cry. :( Such a terrible song!

Bananaphone, damn you. Also a couple of songs by my band, Gone and Girl in the Corner, which are sounding really good now.

Some song I heard on the radio while driving to work that sang "SLO MOSHUN FO MEEH" that just loops incessently. Damn, I hate it. >.< It's extremely irritating.

No longer boycotting the Wolfenstein franchise
After watching Collateral, I've got Groove Armada's "Hands of Time" stuck in my head. Not that I mind at all.

Dode, a couple months ago I think I listened to "Memory Machine" for like a week :D
The song is catchy as hell and it's damn near impossible to shake off. It's so great.

What am I hooked on right now?

Are you dead or are you sleepin'
Are you dead or are you sleepin'
Are you dead or are you sleepin'
WELL I SURE HOPE YOU ARE DEAD!

Something by one of my favourite indie groups, spinto band, namely because I can't figure out the lyrics. BTW, it's called "Indied."

My friend and I think the chorus line is "How can you drown in the milkness itssohighitssohighitsohighitsso." I doubt I'll ever get to know the true lines, but it sure is sticking to me. :(
