If RockStar made a open-ended RPG based off of the Forgotten Realms franchise with the same extreme detail applied to the environments that they used to construct GTA's environments. Baldur's Gate in 3D but with a huge, seamless open-ended world.

Yes. You will be able to score with tavern wenches and eventually deflower the princess, but then the king will put a bounty on your head and you will have to escape to a ship. It's part of the storyline!

The GTA engine is barely holding up in its own games nevermind modding it to make an RPG. It needs to be built from the ground up again for next gen.
