Well, at the very least, Wolf was deconfirmed right away so I wouldn't have to experience the agony of waiting.

Unlike my Mewtwo...

But that's Assault Wolf. Maybe there's a chance. Fox and Falco had alternate trophies from Assault.

But I'm sure he got cut anyways....

Also, people should do 100-man Multi-Man Smash to unlock Falco. It was like that in Melee and Brawl, could be similar.

He's not "Wolf (Assault)", he's just "Wolf". That means it's his only trophy.

I'm also going to keep this thread for the Mariolee summary. Thanks for doing this. Everyone else, I think it might be a good idea if we keep posting to a minimum so this can be a collected news/leaks thread, and the other two can be for normal game discussion -- just an idea.

I think it's obvious we're just excited about the game, and having one of our own be the leaker like this is exciting to all of us.

If he's reading this, I'd like to let him know there's no pressure at all. Just keep playing at your own pace. You owe us nothing.

People were literally calling for his ban earlier if he didn't immediately provide proof of ownership.

This thread rubs me the wrong way.

A trophy doesn't mean anything, all the playable characters have had trophies is the past games.

P.S. Couldn't care less if wolf is out lol

It really isn't a huge leak. The game will be released in 48hrs. We'll get a flow of information then. Hopefully no one puts pressure on him to unlock things too quickly that it ruins his enjoyment of the game. IF he chooses to share, that is cool. If not, then it is no big deal.

Aw man, so Wolf really is gone. Probably isn't possible for him to even be DLC at this point. That really sucks, I loved playing as him in Brawl.

wasnt it stated that a wolf "skin" is available as one of fox's alternate colors? if that were the case, why would wolf still be a playable character...

Guess the argument would be that since Mario has a Wario alt, and Wario has been "leaked" that Wolf would have had a shot as well.
