Not a mod, just a bot.
This is a scheduled automated repost on behalf of dex3108, who is running this raffle.

I am giving away 7 Steam keys. To enter this giveaway, send a PM to ModBot with any subject line. In the body, copy and paste the entire line from the message below that corresponds to the game you want. (if you include more than one game, you will be blocked from entering). Confused? Watch this GIF tutorial or ask for help.

Pull an all nighter brah, I've hit 50 hours without collapsing before :p

I did something similar for my thesis after about maybe 55hrs awake and it went horribly. I was meant to go to work for a 4 hour shift after which I could have gone home and properly slept. Instead, somehow I blacked out and autopiloted to bed for about an hour. My house mate woke me up after work tried to work out where I was. Had to go to work which felt awful, and then had the longest sleep ever.

I will never stay awake that long without sleep again. Not worth it at all.

Do you know what's really stupid about those FOB microtransactions? The fact those are not DLC. Let's say you spend 70€ on coins to buy all FOBs. You start a new game (and I read, spoiler regarding MGSV
that you can lose one of your buddy and there's no way to recover it if not by restarting the game, and the way you prevent this...it's just stupid, a stupid like "How do I suppose to know that?"
, your FOBs are gone.

so this post was right about ssc being the new winged cloud vn

There's no news on the Patreon, but I do have some info to share. Someone claiming to be the writer was posting on ♥♥♥♥♥ recently, and they seemed legit. It might be awhile until Chapter 2. Fantasy was his first writing job, and he wasn't sure which direction to take it since he wasn't sure what people would want. Spirit and Angels sold better, so the concern was that Fantasy's somewhat more serious story isn't selling and that it might be better to drop it and just do more fanservice.

The decision he seemed to come to from talking to people in the thread was to stay the course. Try for both plot and fanservice, but go in more boldly this time, since if he can pull off both it would be well worth it. The writer seemed like a pretty chill guy who really wants to write something people will love, he just needs a little more experience. He also wrote Sakura Swim Club, which I don't think they've officially announced yet but it should be coming Soon™.

This is all just hearsay of course. There's no confirmed status on anything until Winged Cloud gives an official update.

Also if Sakura Clicker wasn't apparen't enough. Looks like characters outside of the CGs are just character creation. The girl with the white hair looks like the other from a few games ago.

Those Sakura games have better quality artwork than most shit-tier VNs on steam to be fair.

Yeah even with what I said, that is by far their best feature.

Sakura Fantasy is a decentish VN for Winged Cloud... well compared to spirit and angels. Dunno how it compares to beach since it doesnt run on osx. >X(

Thanks for the heads up!

I'm still shocked at how smooth Nvidia software updates are.

AMD's are always a hell of uninstall > restart > install > restart > check CCC and it doesn't work > uninstall everything > restart > install old CCC > uninstall old CCC > restart > install new stuff > restart > enjoy new update. Some embellishment, but not as much as you'd think.

Why not use DDU

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
Time to use that Greenlight power.

To vote it down.

I wish it were that easy, but from what I understand Greenlight doesn't actually take "No" votes into consideration.

What is it you like in these games? I'll never understand.

Nothing. I haven't played one of them yet except for the clicking game for a little bit (though I experienced some of the games through Chariot's reports).
I could say that I find the generic art to be kinda nice, but my reason to actually buy them (for as cheap as possible) is that they seem so devoid of any shame for being.... well... what they are and I can sorta respect that.

Seems like the Steam controller releases on October 12. Right when I'm on vacation in Spain of course. But hopefully it'll be here when I get back home! :)

I'm super hyped about the Elite controller and Steam controller.

Basically, yeah.

It tracks the "No" votes, but doesn't use that data point to determine anything other than the pie chart in the bottom corner. AFAIK, the only thing they're looking for is the number of "Yes" votes.

Which makes sense as someone who says no isn't anyway near as likely to buy it compared to those who vote yes. If enough vote yes, regardless of the no votes then you have an idea that it might sell. Which I imagine is all Greenlight really works on.

Sad thing is that there is no way to stop game to come on Steam with this system. But again it could be abused just like current Yes system.

I still have no sense as to whether this FOB microtransaction thing is an outcry against ruining a good gameplay element or people are outraged over something that isn't outrageous.

I'll guess we'll all find out in the next week or so

Well the question asked isn't "should this game be allowed to grace Steam's Sacred Ground?", but "would you buy this game if it was on Steam?". Obviously if enough people seem to show an interest in buying the game, then it makes sense to have that game on the store.

Why would you want to stop a game coming to Steam? I mean I can think of a few edge cases but if it's not something I'm interested in doesn't mean someone else isn't. If I had my way there would be no animu games on Steam full stop but the kids in here luv 'em! If something is infringing copyright or promoting discrimination then you can always report it bear in mind.

Issue is that current system is abused that is why i wrote that. Devs are promising keys for people who vote for them so question "Would you buy it if it is on Steam" is pointless.
