So in Standard mode, you can't use any cards from Curse of Naxxramas or Goblins vs Gnomes, because those sets are being retired. Also they've been announcing new cards over the last few days, and from what I understand they should be talking about some card nerfs soon.

I was looking forward to Doom but after that beta that shit is going to the bushes. I don't really think there are any more games that I want to play. I've been slowing down on playing a lot of games I'm cool with just playing old shit and fighting games. I don't care about all the extra shit alot of games do now.
Doom is one of those things that is dookie, but for some reason i can''t describe why Like they tried to add modern FPS touches, but keep it old school and nothing works at all. It's like playing on of those janky games on a flash game website
I can't think of anything other than Uncharted I'm interested in.

I'm still waiting for a really uncomfortable horror game to come out. I want to feel like I do when I watch Kill list and Ichi.

The Doom beta had a ton of screen tearing, and movement was slow enough that I was looking for a nonexistent run button. Besides that the sound for the weapons was awful and that's 90% of feedback. Shit was disappointing, one thing I count on Doom to have is great sound design.

For me with Doom the fucking loadout shit is getting tired. At this point you can have weapons on map and you pick that shit up will be a fresh feature. On top of that there were no weapon categories so you have the rocket launcher and a sniper in the same loadout which is silly to me. Then on top of that its a game of hoping you are close enough to the random demon rune which is damn near an instant win if you got a player who has the slightest clue of what they are doing. The weapons are well just seem uninspired like they were just some basic ass weapons.

Its telling that after playing the Doom beta I felt like I'd just played a shit clone of UT3.
Not at all, we have a lot of hugely talented writers in the industry making fantastic traditional experiences, and others using interactivity in brilliant ways. Beside a little bit of a narrative can add needed flavor, Helldivers is a great example of this, the bits of Starship Troopers styled absurd patriotism lends an otherwise fairly sterile game tons of charm.
