Nero coming to conquer all.
Mito and Soma are a great combo, I'm glad they got another arc together. I'm suprised how quickly this shifted gears, I'd assumed we'd be going straight into these elections but imactually enjoying this shopping district stuff a lot more than I thought I would.
Happy to see first episode girl come back, even if she is just diet Megumi.

So this is what 'Key-face' is! OK if they didn't have different hairstyles I'd struggle to differentiate a significant portion of the girls in this cast. Largely incomprehensible plot wise but showing promising signs of the good kind of stupidity so I'll keep the faith for at least a few more episodes

Uh-huh. Well this seems like the less fun nonsense show and if a teacher years younger than them has anything worth passing on what the hell have these idiots been doing all this time. Tedious brooder is tedious. Will go maybe one or two more.
Edit: I've just realised the only thing I liked about Broody McBrooderson was that his partner demon thing was nicely designed but now I realise it just recalls the demon form of the clothes from KlK

Hahahahahaha but boring I had hoped that the 5 mins I watched of this would show signs of being as fun as Hundred was for a while but no it's just rubbish. If it shows the level of invention that brought us the infamous double grab from Hundred I might jump back in but I'll await reports from people with better patience than I.
Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya 3rei!!
OK the creep factor has been toned way down, the plot actually started at ep 1 please, please, please continue to keep the creep factor down. The parallel world conceit means Ilya's mum isn't in it though which is very disappointing, she was one of the few redeeming features of the last two seasons.

OK the fights are excellent but is this where the discarded loli from Prisma wound up? I hope they don't go the yuri/loli route but given how much time they devoted to telling us that the MC was the older sibling I'm afraid. Ugh please stay on the right side of that line, I really like supportive sibling stories and hate when they add that ugliness in. That fight though, I lack the expertise to describe why but they felt far more physical than quite a few of the other shows I've watched. I'm starting to see why Nintendoman is so keen on 2D mecha'
I still plan to watch Planetarian and Orange while continuing with Berserk and Morose Monokean. I was disappointed by Fudanshi as I'd hoped they would have tried harder to find more jokes than 'But they'll think I'm gay', it's a 3 minute show so I can dip in and out to see if it gets any better.

That was fun, a bit unnecessary fan service though (talking about usami pantsu, in the manga, there's no zoom in, only a glimpse of it). The character animation and lightning was nice. Another one of those SoL anime. Will continue to watch

The entire rise of the band of hawk was possible only by Gryffith-chan never having to face an opponent with half a brain. Miura a hack.

I think there was lately one or two projects where he worked under a pseudonym ? Check sakugabooru.

Well my opinion is seemingly an outlier so take it with a grain of salt but like House of Five Leaves, I can't see it being very enthralling to the regular folk, it's a very mellow show for huge proportion of its time.

thought it came out a long time ago, anyways, it's an amazing OVA; easily my favorite episode of the series
I sure it has, just that Crunchyroll recently added it. I guessing it was a episode for the DVD/Blu-ray release?

Still not too hot of a show but you can see the occasional good element such as the presentation of the Golden Age flashbacks, the HIrasawa song, and little touches like Serpico's body language watching Guts fight towards the beginning. The problem remains (and I figure will remain for the duration of the show) that you can pick out a positive here or there but there's never any bit where you can point to everything coming together.

Zodd was a pretty formidable enemy. And General Julius' assassination plot was reasonably clever. In both cases, it's only the Egg of the King that saved Griffith's life.

Don't know yet how i fell about this, wasn't bad, in fact it was better than most stuff i watched this season, but the first episode didn't really having anything that would really grab me, was a more slow episode with mostly dedicated to introducing all the characters. The MC is as interesting as he can be insufferable at times, he is lazy, lecherous, rude but a genius at the same time, who will supposedly become one of the greatest commanders. Will give it 1-2 more episodes to see where the story goes.

New OP owns. Hand motif is awesome. I cannot overstate how awesome this episode was in every way. This may be no hyperbole the best shonen adaptation ever - easily up there with Yu Yu Hakusho. Just utterly fantastic in every way. For a two parter about a manga artist to be so visually interesting is just *italian chef kissing his fingers*

I fucking despise this show, even though this episode was better then the first. There are moments that could be cool, would be cool if the show didn't look so terrible. But everything looks like a PS2 cutscene aside from ultra close up shots and it just ruins it. This has half of JoJo's pie - cool shots, cool camerawork and some cool direction but an utter failure on the visuals. The conversation between Farnese and Guts just looks so...abysmal. In consideration of your injuries? What injuries you didn't draw any in this scene aside from the bandage. Farnese and Serpico are in such gaudy colors, good Lord. The art style really fails those outfits.
Why is Guts inexplicably terribly injured upon meeting the knights? Oh its because we skipped Lost Children where he got wrecked. Nice one. Again, these Golden Age flashbacks do nothing for the Berserk fans or newcomers because they suck. Yeah we know about this. Newcomers don't because you can't get all the details about their relationship down via shoddy flashbacks. Also still using "hawk" and not "falcon" zzzzzzzzz

Hmm, this could be the kind of thing we thought what we were going to get with Joker Game. Strong first ep with mafia film influence that never gets too far out there. If it keeps this tone, should be good but there's always that ever present danger of anime going too anime later on.

A promising start. I feel like the second half of the episode wasn't quite as engaging as the first tho. Mainly because who exactly these characters are in relation to each other is a bit vague. Still, looking forward to more.

The opening theme is fucking appalling. I signed up for Susumu Hirasawa but the OP is trashy engrish rock. Where does Forces actually get played?

Come on, the OP/ED songs are pretty appropriate for the mood of the series and work well with their visuals. All of the music for the episodes proper was composed by Hirasawa. Forces shows up there as well as in the next episode previews.

I'd probably like it more if it didn't have nonsense english lyrics. The ED was better, though, and the rest of the music is fantastic so far.
