Still going with $60m for WW this weekend

Friday would have been higher if it wasn't for NBA finals. Saturday and Sunday will be gigantic for a second week.

If Cruise was already aware that filming was a nightmare, wouldn't he have enough to pull to remove Kurtzman?

Is canceling the Dark Universe an option? I mean, it
looks like hey already have their A-list cast locked down.

Maybe they'll just quietly drop the logo

It Comes at Night has a pretty hilarious RT/Cinemascore split. The film scored 86% with a 7.3 average on Rotten Tomatoes. Its cinemascore (from opening night/advance screening audiences) is a D. Cinemascore audiences didn't like the Witch either (C-)
It didn't draw in the right audiences. I think it was mis-marketed (now that I've seen the marketing). Hope it has some kind of legs, but I predict a quick exit.

I'm on board with this, it's going to be really close. The bump for Friday was bigger than expected and today will be huge.

Too late. It's already got the "Dark Universe" indent and everything. They can't Dracula Untold this.

The people behind this are so stupid.

Dracula Untold was actually fairly well-liked. I for one went into it expecting B-Movie suckage and instead I got a decent medieval monster-flick.

I have a hard time believing this Mummy movie is better.

Universal should have gone for small to mid budget horror films for their Monster universe.

Instead they are trying to go for big budget star power (if it exists) driven films.

How much was the marketing for WW, if anyone knows/good guess?

Not lately, Gunn, Dickerson, Wahaiti say otherwise.

I'm guessing Flash's problem is that nobody knows what the Hell they want to make. Because they want Barry Allen Flash, but redoing the TV show stuff is pointless. Should've bit the bullet and used Bart Allen or some such.

Jealous of the Glory that is Johnny Depp

The tv show is terrible nowadays, I'm ready for Ezra's Flash.

I still very much doubt it. Today would need to increase 60%, and we're already in the summer box office season for much of the country.

Holy hell!

The mummy is at 139 milion overseas already?
Or is that estimate for the weekend

Box Office Mojo is posting Universal's revised weekend estimate for some reason, even though they don't even have second day numbers yet for most territories. If you look on the foreign page, it is dated for tomorrow. They should just wait for tomorrow morning as is usual.

Just saw Wonder Woman again and the theater was packed, hopefully this movie has legs and from what I saw it can. I gotta say the movie was just as good on the second watch as it was on the first, that last scene with Pine still gets me.

Quality aside, they did Reverse Flash brilliantly. So the film doing that exact same story...
The first season was great but it all went downhill after.

And the movies can do Grodd justice, he is a jobber in the TV show. Not something you'd expect from one of Flash biggest villains.

You need to check out a lot of movies then.

I've gone out of my way several times to watch movies with 0% on RT... I'm a broken man.

I think Ecks vs Sever is the most high-profile

I mean listed on the site, personally I have seen some shit

Is the Mummy going to keep its title as the worst reviewed summer blockbuster of 2017, or is Transformers 5 going to fight to retain its crown?

I think Transformers will review like... well the last few

After 4 films, you kind of know what to expect and can't see Bay changing it to make it much worse
