According to the Gizchina, the weaker brother of the new Xbox twins will cost just $300. It's a great price, on par with the current generation and probably will make the transition to the new generation way smoother. But, on the news they say that the "S" variant will be digital only, meaning that, of the rumour is true, the Lockhart will have no optical drive. For me, this statement raise one question: If true, the backward compatibility (if it really exist on the new generation) will continue to work as intended? Old generations games will be sold at the digital store? Or backward compatibility will be an exclusive feature of the more powerful brother?
