Like whatIt does seem that imaginary non-existent triggering of people is the only source of entertainment for Xbox customers. Sony fans are too busy playing games instead.

Halo Infinite will start things off this fall and then Microsoft will unleash Xbox Studio's games in 2022.
Ah yes because those 23 studios will never release games. Those 10s of thousands of employees are doing nothing but getting drunk all day on Microsoft's dime. You can debate if the games will be good or not but the games will come including having 3 premier western rpg makers in the fold. The forever long-term promises...
They sure have a lot of time to come spew trash in every positive Xbox thread. Must be the games are boring and short over on Playstation. It does seem that imaginary non-existent triggering of people is the only source of entertainment for Xbox customers. Gonna play Devils advocate here.Without Japanese exclusives? Nope.
Gonna play Devils advocate here.
Does Sony even have any coming other than FF? I mean, seeing Disgaea as a Switch exclusive alobe shoukd be pretty alarming....
It is still promises no matter how do you expect them to delivery...Ah yes because those 23 studios will never release games. You know there is “PlayStation 5” wrote in the title. They sure have a lot of time to come spew trash in every positive Xbox thread. Must be the games are boring and short over on Playstation.
Exactly. The writer of the article brought PS5 into this. You know there is “PlayStation 5” wrote in the title.
Well Sony/Jim Ryan are killing their own Japan Studios
Do you also think we will get quirky big budget games like Death Stranding from SIE going forward?
This is a brand who has had trouble releasing games on their platform.Well you usually wait for games to come out. Like with any other publisher
No they release games. They just don't release AAA 100 million dollar 3rd person action adventure games that you guys ask for all the time. This is a brand who has had trouble releasing games on their platform.
That doesn't make what I said untrue. It's not like it's just this thread. You know there is “PlayStation 5” wrote in the title.
The brand also had a shortage of studios and teams. They are investing billions to fix that problem. Hard to release a ton of games with 4-5 studios and little budget to buy exclusives. This is a brand who has had trouble releasing games on their platform.
I honestly wouldn't have clicked on the thread if it didn't have PS5 in the title. That doesn't make what I said untrue. It's not like it's just this thread.
No, they're not releasing enough. This is why people's biggest complaint are the lack of games on the Xbox platform. No they release games. They just don't release AAA 100 million dollar 3rd person action adventure games that you guys ask for all the time.
The Series X’s long term value grows exponentially with each device added to the mix. In that sense, PS5 may still have the advantage for players who simply want one box to rule them all.
The truth is that both systems serve a unique purpose and can easily coexist with one another. It’s becoming clearer as time goes on that Sony, Microsoft, and even Nintendo are presenting entirely different visions of how consoles play into our wider gaming routines.
It's been pretty clear aint it?
Phil is in it for the long haul.
Series X may appear to 'lose' the early x-gen battle for 2020, but the war is just starting.
Building the best hardware, GPU, xCloud and BC through VM.
Zenimax buyout cements that vision. Seems more consolidation to come.
You just cant convine Satya Nadella to open the warchest, without substance behind it.
MS is going to disrupt console gaming just as when Sony did during PS1 era.
Just glad that some publication are starting to see through the fog and giving MS credit due.
Lol people still care about that?Without Japanese exclusives? Nope.
Phil has been the head of Xbox since 2014. It's already been a long haul.
This is the guy that was excited about Halo Infinite before that disastrous reveal. The guy that has no real exclusive games hitting his next-gen console until 2022! Maybe Halo makes it, but it's not going to go from what it was to an "award winner" in under 12 months.
The Zenimax purchase is basically desperation at still not having enough going. It's been all talk, talk, talk. For like 7 years now!
How in the heck can anyone think this guy knows what he is doing at this point and that he is playing some secret master game of chess? Good software is very hard to make. The way he has been handling Xbox is the way he will handle Xbox.
It's just all talk, smoke, and mirrors at this point. If you want to see the division improve you should be calling for him to be removed and get someone in there who actually understands the medium. It's plain embarrassing at this point.
"When new consoles came out in November, the PlayStation 5 seemed like the clear-cut favorite. But the more time that passes, the more the Xbox Series X’s long-term value is coming into focus and making it this generation’s true must-have system."
"Power Your Hate""Power your wait"
I'm sure Sony is shaking all their way to the bank right now.
Neither one has any games for now. They both suck compared to the PS4. True story.
PC the better choice.
The last good Bethesda game was Skyrim.Bethesda, ID...nuff said. That said, uh, I’m getting a PS5 to start and I’ll be hoping that their games are just timed exclusives.
This really is a good question. I bought both and finished Sockboy and Demon Souls by the end of Nov and those imo were the only two exclusives worth buying. Since then I'm been revisiting games via BC on the XSX and of course Cyberpunk and haven't even touched my PS5. Let's not pretend that it's not in the midst of a software drought itself and that the BC capabilities of the XSX give it slightly more legs right now. Sure that will change once tons of next gen stuff starts to hit but that will not be for months and until then the XSX does have a edge in what it offers right nowLike what
What was their last good game?

Dishonored and Evil Within as well and one of the best games of last gen, Prey.ESO is great, people like Doom but I'm not really a fan, same with the newer Wolfensteins. Fallout 76 was not as bad as people made it out to be. The lore was fantastic, but launching with 0 NPCs besides some robot was a horrible decision. I loved my time with it (played for like 3 months after it came out) and recently tried it again. After playing silky smooth games like Spiderman, Forza Horizon 4, CoD Cold War, Demon Souls, etc it's certainly rough going back to it.
I'd say their best game since Skyrim has been Fallout 4 besides ESO. But yeah actually looking at the list it isn't too great compared to some other companies lol

Xbox usually has such long term value. Emphasis on long term.
Bethesda the studio or Bethesda the publisher? What was their last good game?
"Power Your Hate"
Sony is irrelevant and always has been.
Xbox just never had the full backing of Microsoft from Nadella but Phil changed all that.
Sony could not go into a bidding war with Microsoft to get Bethesda. Like Phil said, they are not our competition. Microsoft started last gen with like 8 studios and now look at how they ended the gen. Xbox generating more revenue in history, 23 studios, Game Pass Digital Gaming Service and X Cloud Streaming. Xbox is now the largest gaming company in the world. Microsoft killed it last gen and still have not really gotten serious yet, alot more is coming. Sony did good too, they sold PS4s.
This is what real power looks like.
