Remedy Entertainment is Rumored to be developing AAA (Doctor Strange) game for current-gen

Well I remember hearing around the campfire (well.."a" campfire) that they were working on an Inception game before after Alan Wake.

They can pull this off. Just need better animation(s) in general.

Hype Train conductor. Works harder than it steams.
With the way the building changes in Control I can see it.
Definitely see their engine handle the mirror dimension very easily.
Good fit 👍

PLEASE!
After I played GotG I thought if it had the gameplay of Control it would be a GOTY.
Marvel have overseen good stories in their games with Spider-Man and GotG. Remedy also love the surreal and the material of Dr.Strange is a treasure trove for them.

Control was so good and this mirror dimension thing could work amazing in remedy's hand.
Man we are going full Marvel in gaming too..

Please let them finish Alan Wake 2 to a satisfactory manner first.

It's one of my most eagerly anticipated games of next year.
The guy who is giving my boy guitar lessons has been working with remedy on the music for AW2.

I wonder if he has any idea of deadlines.

Can't wait for the comics superheroes fade to disappear from movies and games...
I can understand movies but we really haven't had that many superhero games of high quality imo. I'd love a triple AAA Doctor Strange game. Mana says its bs though. I was briefly hopeful. :(

The Batman games.
Spider-Man games.
Guardians of the Galaxy.
(Dunno if Injustice games count)

I think we had good ones.

And while the quality is still up to be decided, let's see what's in the horizon:
Spider-Man 2
Wolverine
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League
Marvel Midnight Suns
Gotham Knights
Wonder Woman

Like, do we really need more superhero games?

Yea first thing that came to me was Control and all the mad shit that went on with that gameplay and physics. I think they could make a great Dr Strange game, hope this is true.

Please use the actor from the movies. So much potential.
Don't repeat the same error as GOTG and Avengers.
Not going to happen.

Besides, Eidos' GOTG and Insomniac's Spider Man are excellent games and they didn't need MCU actors in it. Besides, using expensive high-profile actors always creates a lot of limitations.

The Spiderman and GOTG games are better for having more budget by NOT using Hollywood actors to make great games.
The only people who want Tom Holland and the GOTG cast in the games are people who never actually played the games.
GOTG is perfect without the screen actors.

P.S All yall thinking its Dr. Steven Strange.....its Clea who will be the Dr Strange in the game

Giant meh. Every time an established studio with a talent for creating interesting IP end up doing some marvel shit the world gets just a little bit poorer.

Remedy are too good at original IPs to waste their talent on this, but I understand if they'll do it for the money. I can't think of a Remedy game I didn't liked, Quantum Break has been the only one I liked a bit less because of my personal taste, but Control, Alan Wake and Max Paine are too good.

IKR, I finished GOTG thinking these were much better characters than what was represented in the film. Chris Pratt in particular. To each their own I guess. I thought the original Peter in Spiderman was perfect too, I think the new baby faced one seems a little too young looking for the timeline they were going with.

This makes a lot of sense after playing Control. Marvel's new AAA licensing strategy has been all over the place, from smash hit (Spider-Man) to underperforming but decent (Guardians) to reviled (Avengers). I doubt this will be another Spider-Man, but I think it could be something different and special enough to get an audience.

I fixed that for you :p
I know I am in the minority, but I am not really a fan off super hero games (Batman Arkham Knight being the exception)
Then again this could be Remedy's big break sales wise.

I only eat food that has Marvel branding on the packaging. I'm very unhealthy right now but it's not my fault. I just love Spiderman and Ironman so much.

I am afraid it's not the same remedy.
Control was very mixed, Quantum Break was bad...
Alan Wake is one of my fav game but I am not sure how to feel about 2nd one with current remedy
