From the more complete sections, graphics look like they are going to be around GTAV level, maybe a touch better. And to be honest thats the level i was kind of expecting, and to be fair GTAV maxed out on PC still looks quite a nice looking game.
I think stuff like the Matrix demo will probably do more harm than good this gen in terms of graphics. A beutiful looking demo, but devoid of gameplay mechanics and systems, and running at 1080p sub 30fps at times. I mean would you really want that for GTA6?.

sounds silly reading that but you know it's going to happen. GTA V is 9 years old now and this is our first glimpse at VI. Rockstar will be pushing VI well into the 2030's.

I don’t understand the confusion. You could strip down any GTA on a visual level and it’s more or less the same game. Obviously they’ll build on top of whatever this is and make something that looks like a proper game of this gen.

Looks fake, why would they be using a gtx 1080, unless it's like 7 years old.

GTX 1080 still around 4x faster than base PS4 and around 2x PS4 Pro. 720p for GTX 1080 would mean something like 240p for PS4? Even considering debug code this wont happen. Taking the long development cycles into perspective they surely started with PS4 and Xbone but wont count on these machines. Fidelity and lightning looks far more like current gen.

After watching the 3 gb video playlist, some observations:

1. This is ps4 game at heart. Do not expect it to be next gen only.
2. This game is Gta V 1.5. I did not see anything new/ next-gen. It could have been a GTA V singleplayer DLC.
3. Some builds were old, some new. I surmise that the night club ones running on 3080 are the most recent ones.

Sadly fellas, GTA 6 is a ps4/ xbox one game. Now better wait another 15 years for a true next gen GTA.

I really hope I am wrong, but this is my current observation.

Absolutely, game probably looks totally different now.

This is shitshow for Rockstar and take two though. This will have maybe forced their hand to change plans etc. now this has happened. Or maybe not, they’re so ridiculously “too big to fail” that this game is going to sell 10 million in its first week. They know it so they can wait.

No one will remember this leak upon the game’s official release. I just casually threw the idea out there but your long soliloquy suggests it’s insane they would confirm rumors this way. The moronic responses here to the female protagonist proved some people at least need some conditioning before release.

People can’t help seeing conspiracies everywhere but it just makes 0 sense. There’s absolutely nothing controlled in this leak. It’s totally OUT OF CONTROL.

Yeah a weight system was in RDR2, could be here as well if it’s not too much work with the different outfits, evolving it so you can workout and sculpt your body further would truly be next level.
