Oh and do NOT trust "spoiler free" stuff either. I saw one tweet start that way and ended with "but no for real **MASSIVE SPOILER** bigots lol"
Without spoilers, When you pick your wand at Olivander’s, are you stuck with that want outside changing the handle? The one I picked I didn’t like as much seeing it in real gameplay. I have a save from beforehand and would rather replay about an hour to pick a different one lol

It ended with what I assume is a huge end of game spoiler "lol bigots" kind of thing. It's fucking ridiculous.

A creepy magical cave filled with spiders including a bossfight with two huge spiders. Then a magic bridge and another bossfight with a bunch of statues and a second stage with a larger statue and a third stage with another two large statues.

No.issues on mine, completed some of them.
Ive played this so much since Monday, as far as atmosphere and the general feel of the game its one of the best gaming experiences I can remember. The vibe of everything having magic around it, the feel of going into the countryside then back to home, its just brilliant.
Cant praise the devs enough for this, they absolutely nailed it whilst also putting their own touches into it. Creative geniises as far as I'm concerned.

Combat really opens up after that. Talents are crazy
It is so amazing how well balanced the game is. That mission was quite intense, and then you're back at Hogwarts and everything is whimsical and lighthearted and you get all these crazy upgrades and stuff.
I'm like 6 hours in and it still feels like the real game hasn't even begun.
There's so much depth to the combat. You can even combo / juggle opponents, it's crazy. And everything is so freaking polished, haven't encountered a single bug so far which is absolutely insane if you consider the scope of this game.
It's early but this is definitely a GOTY contender.

Okay if you gear slots are full [yes this is a thing that can happen], things you pick up from chests will disappear.
You'll get a message telling you your slots are full and you should do Merlin quests to unlock more slots, but the item you were supposed to pick up vanishes.
So especially when doing a dungeon keep track of your gear, and just delete the low-tier stuff.

It does not seem like the PC version fully supports the PS5 controller. The controller speaker does not work. I suspect the haptic feedback is also not working.
So, I prefer the PS5 version.
Hopefully, they will patch it in.
There is some slow down in the PC version. Maybe a memory issue or that it needs a SSD.

So 10 hours in and just got to the flying. Man it was ALONG time ago I felt like this from a game. The need to explore, to just stop and listen to some violins playing some classical tunes, to collect stuff. It really is magical. The devs really nailed the feeling of the Hogwarts world. Lighthearted but still dark and deep enough for "us" adults to enjoy. Brilliant work just brilliant. I never want this game to end!

. . .also, for those HP fans, is pretty much everything in the game up to and including HOGSMEADE from the books or are they inventing new stuff? Because if this is all in the books, I can see why teens went ape for this back in the day.
Back when WOW was a thing, I ran around Ogrimmar screaming "SNAKE KILLS DUMMYDORE!" with zero context whatsoever just knowing it was going to ruin a lot of peoples day. Trolls are gonna troll.
