I'm really curious about the interiors. The leaker said 70% of buildings are enterable and throughout the trailer if you look closely, lots of buildings look like they have interiors. This of course could just be parallax trickery like Spider-Man does..
But, I think it's feasible at this point for a current-gen, AAAA game to have accessible interiors in most places. You could have procedural generation with lots and lots of variables, then artists could build various example areas, then use AI to tag various buildings with a "type" and the game could then work out how to furnish/layout/simulate certain interiors according to that type. Then finally, you'd have embellishments and QC by actual artists/devs. On top of this, you could have these areas populated with certain NPC types and actions; as well as items.
Just check out the tower and the lower building in this screenshot:
.....can you imagine going in either from the front or landing on the roof in a chopper. Making your way through the entire building, some rooms may be locked but others may be open or possible to break in, the building could be tagged as apartments and ai/algorithms could derive highly varied layouts/aesthetics/functions from artist/dev examples for that building type. You could go in many of the rooms and steal stuff, perhaps just leap out of the window with a chute. Imagine set missions where you know there are valuables in certain rooms but you have to hunt down an individual, steal their card/keys and then gain access to their room. You could hold people up and demand safe combos. These could also just be lesser, incidental occurrences in free play too.
I really wanna see a game with loads of interesting nooks and crannies and things to find. Probs getting my hopes up here, but one can dream.
I think it's possible technically at this point, it's just a matter of effective procedural/ai systems to build the bulk of them and having the manpower to embellish on them artistically, quality check it and have various other gameplay systems tie into it.

Looks straight out of Biscayne Hwy 41 or US 1.
I wonder if they'll go as far up as Pompano and the like. Even some Orlando flair in there. Kind of like how they did the areas of the southern states in RDR2. Condensed, but multiregional spots.
They had the Okeechobee mud trucks/festival flair in the trailer.

Look at scene in the beach or the night club and then look at the night club or really any scene in cyberpunk, the difference in how organic npcs move and interact is 2 gen behind.
The game doesn't have path-tracing and maybe the characters\cars are not as detailed (it's a toss up for the characters), but for eveything else, gta6 smash cyberpunk in term of believable city simulation.

I don't think they have quite the same manpower (i heard gta6 is a 6000 heads work) nor the same budget to spare on a single game (the rumors says 2 billions).
Also i don't see ubisoft working on a single game for 10 years straight ( i mean except for beyond good and evil 2, but that one seems more like development hell)
But sure, if there is a dev close to rockstar for manpower and budget it's probably ubisoft.
