It's in his best interest to keep everyone interested and bidding for his services. I can't imagine he'll tell the Redskins to get fucked with as deep of pockets as Snyder has. He'll probably end up in Miami when is all said and done.

I remember the last time we played in NE. God that was an embarrassment, I blamed the shitty NE weather of course. Our players are used to great weather all year round and then get treated to a blizzard...tsk tsk.

So Manning is doing a quick drive by in Denver today, comes to Arizona tomorrow, and then back to Miami where he will pack his things for his new team, the Cardinals :)

You gotta be a fool to think Manning will not visit Arizona sometime in the next few days.

Then again Fitzgerald did go out to dinner with him during Superbowl weekend, plus he might have talked to Whiz and Graves in the past few weeks.

I'm not one to get myself hyped on the possibility we will have the best quarterback playing in the league but its fun to think about.

Weird, I always though Manning would want to play in a place with perfect weather or a dome. Denver has shit weather and is outside, that doesn't make any sense. Plus Denver has shitty offensive personnel. Their talent is on defense and a strong run game.

Zona makes more sense. Whiz is not a moron either but they play outside don't they and doesn't it get cold there?

The Cardinals have cap problems though. They would need to cut ties with Levi Brown, redo Campbell's deal off of the franchise tag just to get under (they are currently about 13 million over). Going to have to be creative to sign Manning.

Have you lived in Denver? Weather is more temperate than most people think. It's not as bad as people make it out to be.

Maybe like 4 years ago this statement would have been true. Ever since Bill Bidwell got a cock tease of winning and a new stadium, I think he has changed his outlook on the team.

I missed you after all the shit you talked regarding the Chargers destroying the Lions and letting the Cards into the playoffs and then never heard from you again after the boot Detroit put up SD's ass, effectively destroying the Cards playoff hopes! If it's any indication, I've trusted just about everyone they've put out there, including Orton. I like Tebow, and I'll still root for him if he's the starter, but I feel that going after Manning has to be explored. Tebow is humble enough to ride the bench and learn (just by being around him), so if he stays no worries here. If we trade him, I wish him the best of luck, because he gave us a damn fun season that I won't forget, if you can get by his religious beliefs he truly is a classy guy.

Ha! Sorry man, economy finally hit here and my slot was yanked, losing me my job. I didn't really get on GAF much while unemployed and it was far too long for my tastes. Have a new job now and it's a much better organization so a blessing in disguise :) I'll be here to talk shit with anybody now. The Cards lost to the Bengals anyway so it didn't matter. We'll use the draft pick to get someone to protect Manning!

Positive: The Giants saved themselves 4.9 million in cap space with the Jacobs release. That along with the Manning restructure should put them well under the cap limit.

:jnc Well played. I am pretty damn confident we'll get him. If not, I go back to looking forward to seeing how good our D gets, the improvement of some of our young talent, and giving Kolb a proper off season/season to show if he's truly a bust or not. I still think Skelly will be a good player, just needs to work on his accuracy so worse case I'm not worried. Certainly won't be a SB contender without PM but we'll still be looking at getting into the playoffs. Barely missed it last year and that's with us playing like absolute shit for half the season.

I'm not expecting to get Manning, but if it happens I will be happy. Either way we will improve from last year and retake the division.
