Yeah it is definitely looking more and more like the Civ series. Not saying that is a bad thing. I had a blast playing both the 2nd and 3rd games.

What the flippin hell! I dreamed of RTS's on the DS from the moment I bought mine and used it and was ecstatic when I heard this announced. And now I get this? Where's the gatherers? Where's my archers lined up? I can't believe the original Age of Empires is too intensive that it required a complete overhaul to whatever this is.

Here's to hoping Blizzard is working on something and gets it right.

I picked this up and played at E3. I put it down about 30 seconds later when I realized it wasn't an RTS.
