Also, me thinks that PlayStation 5 should be renamed to WaifuStation 5 or GachaStation 5.

GRYPHLINE has revealed new key art for the 3D RPG Arknights: Endfield as its PC technical test begins today at 7 PM PT/ 10 PM ET.

The technical test will include nine Operators for combat and exploration participation, and they’re introduced in two central ways. For instance, Endministrator, Perlica, Chen Qianyu, Wulfgard, and Fjall are acquired by progressing the main storyline. Alternatively, Ember, Xaihi, Avywenna, and Angelina are received by spending Oroberyls at the Technical Test Temporary Exchange.

Further, five areas will become available via main storyline progress, listed below:

• The Hub Base
• Valley Pass
• Quarry
• Originium Research Park
• Blight Zone

Moreover, 31 weapons will be available, though some will only be obtainable by spending Oroberyls at the Technical Test Temporary Exchange. The missions are designed explicitly for the Technical Test, too, including story, side, AIC, and faction tasks. Speaking of AIC, “the Protocol Anchor-Core can be repaired in the designated area of the Hub Base, and players can unlock the AIC function along with corresponding AIC missions” after reaching a certain part of the plot.

Those selected for the Arknights: Endfield Technical Test can download it by logging onto their account on the official website or checking their email. As a reminder, the Arknights: Endfield Technical Test starts today at 7 PM PT/ 10 PM ET. This PC-exclusive test will have an “English user interface and voice-over by default with the option to select Mandarin or Japanese audio.”

Arknights is fantastic, so this is going to be great as well. Add Wuthering Waves to the list, and you have 2 post-apocalyptic gachas in PS5 this year with enough differentiation. This particular one gives Death Stranding vibes.

Not generic at all. The original Arknights is an RPG-strategy game like X-com. Genshin is action-adventure fantasy, this is sci-fi. The only resemblance between the two is that they are AAA with anime-style visuals.
