Only if you are not paying attention, he is constantly throwing jabs at Sony and trying to portray them as anti-consumer.

Rarely do we hear anything from Sony or Nintendo execs, this dude feels like he needs to give an interview every day. Then we also have his PR guys hanging out with guys like Timdog, etc.
