Fragile plane: Fan imagines Paper Star Fox 64, a mix of RPG and shooter

A dedicated and creative Nintendo fan used a few computer programs to create a short video of a crossover dream: Paper Star Fox 64.

Star Fox 64 is my favorite game and I always liked the style of Paper Mario, so I thought about making a video that would combine both.

It took me a month and a half, but I finally had time to do it, it was a fun process and I learned a lot trying to improve the video day by day.

I did everything, I used Maya, C4D, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.

If they remake Star Fox 64 with Paper Mario art I would totally buy it.

It could be a good idea, but this mockup is terrible. 2D doesn't work well in a pseudo 3D shooting phase, but it could work in a StarFox RPG.

This is pretty cool. I liked the Paper Mario visual aesthetic in Thousand Year Door so it's interesting to see something similar in another Nintendo IP.
