Meh. I played through the whole series a few years ago and 1 has aged poorly. It feels like a proof of concept compared to the other games.

Would be a terrible move to remake the gears trilogy and just dump it on Game Pass. Gears multiplayer on Xbox and PC is virtually dead. It’s time to reach more players, as Phil likes to say, or the collection will be DOA.

4 is just so unsatisfying with so many bloomin robot enemies. Blowing Locusts apart in Gears 1 just feels meaty and awesome. Also the gameplay in 1 just feels right, it's a very meat and potatoes game

Naah gears 5 still has shit load of people, gears 3 to this day still has people playing on it, couldnt say if ulimate edition and 4 does though

Just did some searching and a rumor serviced in 2022 so I suppose if it was started a year prior it could be a UE5 remake rather than some remastered versions.

Imo the trilogy got better with each game. It's one of my fav trilogies ever, if not most fav. How can any gears fan say anything positive about trash that is 5, I have no idea.
