I think you have mental issues if you felt the need to bump due the problems at Eurogamer today.
Did you bookmark the thread just so you could bump it when the time was right?

You have mental issues if you equate his relevant bump about a recent thread to him having mental issues.

Well, people from the US/UK represent the majority of GAF (probably?), so what use are German/French/Dutch/... sites to them/you?

In Germany it's definitely GEE*Love*For*Games

- well written
- no numerical scores, only well written text, comparisons and a conclusion.
- revisiting old games
- great (mature) layout, looks clean
- great gaming culture articles
- they do the best interviews, they have balls to ask tough questions

comparable to www.killscreendaily.com

In better news: Christian Donlan has been made a senior staff writer at Eurogamer and will be doing more editorial pieces.

The ongoing inquest into games journalism has made me question how much notice is actually taken of reviews beyond a desire to trash them for scoring over/under expectations or matching enthusiasm.

I personally can't think of the last time a review actually changed my opinion on whether to buy a game or not so a slight shift in focus for Eurogamer seems like a good thing to me.
