Morbius Director Reveals Post-Credits Scene Spoilers & Details

The director of Morbius has answered some spoilerly questions about the post-credits scenes for his upcoming movie.

In an interview with Cinema Blend being promoted by Sony Pictures themselves, Morbius director Daniel Espinosa answered some spoilerly questions regarding the film's post-credits sequence.

Although a full description wasn't given, apparently at some point in the post-credits scene, Michael Keaton's Vulture shows up in full costume to talk with Jared Leto's Morbius, after having been portaled into his universe from the MCU. When asked how the character got his costume, the director excused it by saying that "he is a resourceful guy:"

Yeah, the trailers looked worrying. Look, a more serious film can work, but you need particularly good writers to pull it off. In terms of Sony’s recent live-action superhero films, the two Venom movies at least knew to have some fun so while the writing was weak at least it was fun watching the cast in the more wacky and crazy moments. But if this Morbius film is trying to mostly be serious but falls flat in the writing then even a good cast can’t do much with that.

Basically, the Venom movies at least let talented actors like Tom Hardy, Woody Harrelson, Naomie Harris, etc. have fun. Morbius feels like it won’t even have that so yeah I feel this is going to be similar to the 2015 Fantastic Four film in terms of offering nothing of value.

The multiverse is not dumb bullshit. It's Sony who are dumb and bullshit and have no idea what they are doing. Morbius is another of their trash shit movies like ASM1 & 2 and Venom 1 & 2.

Micheal Keaton's character will either never show up in the MCU again or if he does they'll completely ignore the Morbius film. Or at least acknowledge it as much as the Venom films. LOL

That’s kind of exactly it the movies make enough money to stave off death each time so Tim Rothman and Amy Pascal can be dicks and pretend they’re hit makers on the cheap. All they have to do is release a shit movie every 5.75 years to keep Spider-Man at Sony

According to IMDB the 3 best known movies from both writers on this are Gods of Egypt, Power Rangers and The last Witch Hunter. All of them not only review poorly but also bombed at the box office.
