I am a new member here. My account wasnt approved for days so i thought maybe i made the wrong decision. I visited resetera. One of the thread was Should Ratchet be killed in next game and replaced by Rivet. And 'No' wasnt an option in the poll. I left and thanked myself for not signing up there.

I got permabanned from Era over two different post containing two sentences trying to play devils advocate.

But I get it. Trying to make them see that twist arming a game company to release special consoles/games/controller for disabled people will get resistance as company doesn't really see much monetary value in it. Its not like its the goverment that is running on our money to which we can demand slopes at hospitals/parkings, but its a private company and can do whatever heck they want.

They are mostly pretty cool, except for the 1 person that seemingly deletes my posts which other mods told me about that he/she has it out for me for some reason. Might be related to difference on opinions on TLOU2 or something.

But other than that I think Neogaf mods are mostly good spirited humans that have a lot of difficult decisions to make.
It is much better now than it was during the politics forum and a few bad sheeps buying Neogaf gold for the sole reason of getting away with stuff.

Look man, I agree with the overall message: we do have it good here. I can express informed opinions in a reasonable way, and not be afraid that it will fall on the wrong side of some mod's personal belief system.

I actually dig the mods here. But the way I thank them for their service is by posting cool video game content, reasonably thought out. The better the content I post, the easier their jobs become. But I won't resort to ass kissing, since (again) that was a practice in the pre-rift GAF, and it gave those mods a false sense of superiority.
