Am I the only person put off by how excited people are over the fact that this game is just King of Fighters EX?

The side step is nice, but I was really counting on SNK to deliver more.

Oh well, it's a step in the right direction. Hopefully they'll take more risks with the inevitable sequels, and create something truly unique in 3D and not just Toshinden sans weapons.

Are there short and hyper jumps?
Is there CD attacks (jumping and standing)?
Which KOF is the system a like the most?
Blue Mary isn't in it is she?
How true to KOF is the combo system? IE can I take a classic Iori combo and it'll still work?

think there are short jumps
both cd attacks
er.. 98 ish? w/ rolling/sidestep alot of combos taken out 3 lvl gauge
think 2003 in terms of single character juggles/combos i couldn't even juggle serpent wave with kyo.
no mary
classic iori combo still works not sure about down b, stand a, f+b, deadly flower tho
